摘要

Apart from customization of regular products through sales force, companies always keep themselves engaged in various innovation and product development activities. Though the customer surveys are done to get their views about the product performance, it is often thought of possible outcomes in integrating the customers in the product development. A simple framework is presented and a modification over to this framework is also proposed which presents the relationships between customization and product developments moderated by various core business processes.
