Enhancement of web design quality through the QFD approach

摘要

This paper suggests some interface design guidelines of Internet retail transactions. Firstly, the web design elements that may have an impact on the search performance and subjective sensibility of the users, are identified. Then the desirable levels of several design elements is investigated by adopting the QFD approach. The QFD translates the voice of customer (VOC) throughout the various stages of product planning, engineering and manufacturing into a final product.
