Today's quality is tomorrow's reputation (and the following day's business success)

Poor quality results in loss of profits, frustrated employees with low morale and reduced performance due to constant criticism, which leads to higher employee absenteeism and turnover. This paper presents a practical road map to long-term business success based on the ideas of the quality. It has also presented a case of a higher education (HE) in which the explained quality ideas were implemented and the results were achieved. (43 refs.)
