A novel hybrid model based on DEMATEL and ANP for selecting cost of quality model development

摘要

The purpose of this paper is to help organizations more effectively evaluate and select their optimal CoQ models by introducing a multi-criteria decision-making (MCDM) model. For this purpose the authors propose an integrated MCDM model that combined the methods of the decision-making trial and evaluation laboratory (DEMATEL) method and the analytic network process (ANP) method was proposed to quantify the opinions of group experts and solve this problem of selecting the optimal CoQ model.
