摘要

The study was intended to answer a series of research questions. The process model of quality assurance assumes that, to attain education quality there are processes: the management process, teaching process and learning process with quality indicators for each of these processes. This paper looks at the links among the three processes. This paper also argues that teachers are essential in attaining the quality goals. It is evident from literature review that there is an input-process-output logic in higher education where quality has to be maintained through meeting the indicators at each of the elements.
