Comparative analysis of Ma1colm Baldrige National Quality Award criteria: An empirical study of India, Mexico, and the United States

Though developed in the mid -1980s in the United States, the Malcolm Baldrige National Quality A ward criteria (MBNQA) has drawn attention of quality managers around the world. This study is a cross-central comparison of quality management based on MBNQA criteria to understand the similarities and differences in quality management practices in various countries. (55 refs.)
