PRICES OF SUCH base metals as copper and aluminum that reached record highs because of soaring demand and tight supplies this year are set to drop as much as 60% over the next five years,according to the International Monetary Fund's outgoing chief economist,Raghuram Rajan.Some analysts disagree,stating there's no evidence that sufficient new supplies of commodities will be available to cover the world's demand.
