Micron Technology says it will invest 250 in a new semiconductor assembly and test facility for memory chips and image sensors in Xi'an China.Micron says the facility will be built by the end of 2008.The plant is Micron's second assembly and test facility in Asia.The company opened a similar facility in Singapore in 1998.
