There was little change in electronics business conditions in March compared to the month before.The business activity index fell from 64.7 to 60.3.Twenty-seven percent of buyers said that business was getting worse in March compared to the previous month.In February only 17% said business was getting worse.Forty-seven percent of buyers said business was improving-the same percentage as the month before.However,26% said business was the same.That was down from 36% in February
