Poll finds top buying groups spend more on technology

A recent study by market researcher the Hackett Group found that world-class procurement organizations spend 27% more than their peers on technology (us1.4 million versus us1.1 million/billion of spend),despite the fact that they spend dramatically less on procurement operations overall.
