No matter whether exceptional container shapes, different label materials or tightly determined time periods are concerned - Langguth's labeller hotLAN 330 works with a maximum capacity of 60000 labellings per hour. Due to the closed hotmelt system the glue is applied onto containers without physical contact; the cleaning expenditure is therefore reduced considerably. The risk of contamination to the glueing system due to the ingress of moisture or product waste is eliminated. When the glue passes through the spray jets a ?rifling effect" is created. This twisting action causes a very thin spiral spot of glue to be applied instead of a full surface glue area. The number of jets required depends on the label size.
