摘要

Almost all deposits in autoclaves, reactors, spray towers and other containers can be removed with high pressure water. The Uraca cleaning process works with a high pressure plunger pump that presses water through the nozzles of the tank cleaning head TWK with a pressure of more than 2,000 bar. The water jet cuts through the deposits and with its defined sequence of motion guarantees surface covering removal of these dirt deposits. Due to the EC-type test certificate according to Atex the tank cleaning heads can be used in all ex-zones. Inside cleaning of tanks with high pressure water is an environmentally friendly method. The waste disposal of the accumulating cleaning water is limited to the separation of the cleaned off products. Compared with conventional methods, high pressure cleaning is characterised by con- siderably shorter cleaning times and a better cleaning effect.
