OM Group (OMG) says it has obtained covenant waivers from holders of its us400million,9.25% senior subordinated notes,due 2011.The covenant defaults result from the company's delay in filing its 2003 and first-quarter 2004 reports to SEC pending a restatement of its 1993-2003 accounts (CW,July 14,p.13).
