France's Air Liquide SA and the United Kingdom's BOC PLC said that they are to pool their industrial and medical gases operations in Japan, a move analysts say will help shore up margins in a slow-growth market. The companies, two of the world's leading industrial gases groups, are to set up a new entity named Japan Air Gases Ltd.
