摘要

A new species, Cordyceps ningxiaensis sp. nov., was discovered in a larch forest of Liupanshan Nature Reserve, Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region of China. It was associated with fly pupae (Cyclorrhapha, Diptera) and differs by its morphology from related species. Phylogenetic analysis of ITS and nrLSU rDNA also confirmed the distinctiveness of this new species.
