Die In-System-Emulationstechnik VarioTAP~(TM) von Gopel electronic besteht im Kern aus einer flexibel konfigurierbaren Streamingtechnik der TAP-Signale auf Basis entsprechender Mikroprozessor-Modellbibliotheken (VarioTAP-Modelle), was erstmals eine vollstandige Verschmelzung von JTAG-Emulation und Boundary Scan-Test fur echte Interlaced Testoperationen und multi-valente In-System-Flash-Programmierung ermoglicht.
