The influence of chosen fungicides on baking value of spring wheat cultivar Ismena.

The influence of the fungicides Tilt Plus 400 EC (propiconazole) or Vista 228 SE (fluquinconazole) and Charisma 207 EC on the baking value of spring wheat cv. Ismena was investigated in Poland. The fungicides were used according to standard methods, in divided doses and according to recommendations at different dates of the year and in different doses. The fungicides had no influence on the baking value of wheat flour and quality of the obtained bread. Weather conditions during maturation and harvest of grains had significant influence on the baking value of flour from the examined wheat cultivar.
