Studies on disappearance of captan and propiconazole residues in fruit and leaves of apple cv. Jonagold were carried out. The initial deposits of captan on leaves were 4.911+or-0.476 micro g/cm2 and disappeared according to exponential relations corresponding to first order rate equation P=5.4806e-0.0437t (R2=0.9472). The initial deposits of that fungicide in fruits were 1.300+or-0.281 mg/kg and disappeared according to exponential equation P=1.443e-0.0459t (R2=0.8846). The initial deposits of captan on leaves and fruits dropped by half within 16 and 15 days after treatment, respectively. The initial deposits of propiconazole on leaves were 0.111+or-0.049 micro g/cm2 and disappeared according to exponential relations corresponding to first order rate equation P=0.0974e-0.0408t (R2=0.885). The initial deposits of that fungicide in fruits were 0.052+or-0.027 mg/kg and disappeared according to exponential equation P=0.0343e-0.0553t (R2=0.839). The initial deposits of propiconazole on leaves and fruits dropped by half within 17 and 13 days after treatment, respectively.
