摘要

This paper presents the results of monitoring of the aphid population dynamics on potatoes grown from in vitro plantlets, microtubers and minitubers comapred to control plants grown from regular seed tubers in field experiments conducted in Poland, from 2007 to 2008. The largest number of aphids was recorded on in vitro and microtuber originated plants, especially when the growing season was very warm (2006 and 2008). Application of mineral oil significantly decreased the number of aphids and the smallest number (nearly 70%) was observed on plants originated from in vitro plantlets.
