摘要

Estimation of azoxystrobin degradation in tomato fruits was made in 2008. Amistar 250 SC (1 l/ha) was used for spraying field tomatoes. Application of Amistar 250 SC was repeated three times during harvest time. Analysis of pesticide residues was made by Ultra Performance Liquid Chromatography (UPLC) with Photodiode Array Detector (PDA). Tomato samples were prepared by acetonitrile extraction. Chromatographic separation was achieved using a BEH C18 analytical column 2.1 mm x 150 mm, 1.7 micro m particle size at flow rate of 0.25 ml/min. In all analyzed samples azoxystrobin residues were detected at a low level (from 0.02 to 0.1 mg/kg). Degradation of azoxystrobin in tomato fruits is very fast. Amistar 250 SC is recommended for protection of tomato crops.
