The co-occurrence of Cameraria ohridella (Deschka & Dimic) and the parasitic fungi on Aesculus ssp.

The occurrence of horse chestnut miners (C. ohridella) and parasitic fungi (especially Guignardia aesculi and Erysiphe flexuosa) on Aesculus hippocastanum and A. carnea was observed in the 3 transects in Szczecin, Poland. A. hippocastanum was attacked more by the leaf miner (10-70%) and G. aesculi (1-5 degrees ). However, E. flexousa was often observed on A. carnea. Pollution may influence host free condition and lessen their resistance to pest attack..
