摘要

Tetranychus urticae is the most important pest in greenhouse crops. Successful control of this pest is very difficult. In laboratory studies, predatory mite Amblyseius andersoni showed a high efficacy in the control of T. urticae. A. andersoni was effective against larvae and adults, and when used at a ratio of 1:2 (predator:pest) caused 96% mortality of T. urticae. The side effects of some insecticides on the mortality of the predator mite were studied in laboratory conditions. The most toxic was Mospilan 20 SP (acetamiprid), causing 100% mortality of this predator. Other insecticides, i.e. abamectin and spinosad, were relatively safe for A. andersoni.
