Integrated plant protection and pest resistance to pesticides in Poland

Factors influencing the development of agrophages' resistance to pesticides, as well as methods for its prevention are discussed in the article. A special emphasis has been paid to integrated plant protection programmes as main factors to reduce resistance risk to pesticide. Some examples of the effective use of rotation of insecticide active substances with different mode of action to reduce the development of pests' resistance in Poland are also shown.
