摘要

Application of various doses of herbicides in spring barley and potato cultivation had only a little effect on their chemical composition. The herbicides affected both the total content of proteins in barley seeds and dry mass content in potato tubers. No effects of the chemical protection on the remaining features, e.g. total mass of 1000 seeds and potassium, calcium and magnesium contents in barley grain as well as monosaccharides, total saccharides and vitamin C contents in potato tubers were observed.
