摘要

The aim of the research was a sensibility test of monochromatic light of wavelength 630, 660 and 785 nm on Paecilomyces fumosoroseus. An irradiated biological material was cultured in vitro under 12-hours foto-phaze and dark conditions, at the same temperature. The growth day index of irradiated mycelium, independently on wave length, cultured in 12-hours foto-phaze was the highest. There was evident significant stimulation of fungus linear growth for samples irradiated with light of wavelength 630 nm (100 and 1 000 s) and 785 nm (for all periods of irradiation). The reaction of fungi cultured in darkness on monochromatic light was weaker - the growth was similar to the control. The significantly faster growth rate was observed only in case of the highest dose of radiation (630 and 785 nm). Obtained results revealed that monochromatic light does not negatively affect P. fumosoroseus development.
