摘要

In this study, fertilizer application with nitrogen and magnesium did not show any influence on the fungal compositions. The weather conditions were the most significant factor for development of fungal populations. The greatest threats for healthiness of beetroots were fungi of Fusarium spp., especially F. oxysporum. Cultivar Ulla exhibited the highest susceptibility to infection by Fusarium spp..
