摘要

The temperature dependences of the electrical conductivity and the Seebeck coefficient for some new disubstituted carbanion pyridazinium ylids are studied. The investigations have been performed using thin-film samples deposited from solution. It was found that respective compounds have interesting semiconducting characteristics. Some correlations between semiconducting parameters of the compounds (activation energy of electrical conduction, Seebeck coefficient, ratio of carrier mobilities) and their molecular structure are established.
