摘要

The influence of epoxide coating modification with glass microspheres on the erosive wear of the coating is discussed in this paper. Increase in the resistance to erosive wear of a three-layer epoxide coating including the interlayer modified with glass microspheres of a diameter phi < 30 mu m and a mass fraction of 10% was obtained. It can be accounted for by the damping of energy which is released during the collision between the impact particle and the organic surface and then dumped by the glass microspheres.
