IEMCA VIP 80E Packs Big Capacity into Small Space

The IEMCA VIP 80E offers many of the features of 12-ft magazine bar feed systems at about half the price and packs it in a tight 2100 x 1100mm footprint. Ideal for running low-to-medium sized production volumes of round, square and hex bar stock, the VIP 80E is designed for quick changeovers from one diameter, or shape, to another in under one minute. Optimum productivity is achieved with the new bar loading into the lathe spindle while the last piece is being machined. The rear-mounted 10 deg to 30 deg inclined plane loading rack accommodates 60 10mm diameter precut bars, and depending on the workpiece, the VIP 80E can be operated 24 hours a day with one man running more than one machine.
