Note on monotonicity of generalized weighted mean values

In the note, using the Cauchy-Schwarz-Buniakowski inequality, the authors prove that the generalized weighted mean values M_(p,f)(r,s;x,y) are increasing with respect to the two parameters r and s for any given non-negative weight p and positive function f.
