摘要

The mechanisms initiating stress corrosion cracking (SCC) are known and are adequately described in the technical references [1 -5], These references here generally proceed from the fact that this type of corrosion requires the simultaneous existence of three initiating factors: 1.a material susceptible " to SCC, 2. tensile stresses which are large enough, and 3. a corrosive medium with ordinary tap water being sufficient already [4].
