摘要

The microstructure of T800 H and HMS-4 carbonfibres is investigated using Raman spectroscopy, TEM and X-raydiffractometry. The T800 H fibres were found to contain a highproportion of amorphous carbon, to have a mean crystallite size of1.5 nm and to contain pores within the edge regions of the fibres.The HMS-4 fibres were found to consist of cryatallites with amean dimension of 7 nm. In the HMS4 fibres, the graphite layerplande are arranged in loops or S-shaped fibrals and were notfound to contain pores. Between aluminium and T 800 H fibres,aluminium reactrion products are formed parallel to the fibresurface in the form of Al3C4-needles. Between aluminum andHMS-4 fibres, this phase is formed at an angle of ca, 45 °to the fibre surface.
