Akzo nobel says it has formed an 80-20 joint venture in China with organic peroxides producer Keum Jung (Seoul). The jv, Keum Jung Akzo Nobel Peroxides (KANP), will build a plant at the Ningbo, China site of Coin Akzo Peroxides, a separate organic peroxides jv formed by Akzo and Coin Chemical Industries (Taipei).
