PNOC Petrochemical Development Corp. (PPDC; Manila) says it is seeking partners for its planned naphtha cracker project at Mariveles, the Philippines. The company recently completed a feasibility study for the 600,000-m.t./year plant (CW, Dec. 11, 2002, p. 17), PPDC signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with state-owned Iran Petrochemicals Commercial Co. (IPCC, Tehran) in December for Potential joint ventures.
