DuPont Performance Coatings says it has expanded its presence in China by increasing its stake in one automotive coatings joint venture and acquiring a majority of another. Each jv is a 60-40 partnership between DuPont and Beijing Red Lion Coatigs (Beijing) following the transactions, terms of which were not disclosed.
