Given the time of year it is no surpriseto see a 27% decline in import levels for themonth. Often the answer is in the price due tothe upcoming new year, but that’s not thecase here. During mid-2014 the monthlyimport prices were $1,010-1,020/ton onaverage. The October import price is$995/ton while November licenses suggest$1,031/ton.
