In this most recent pressure tubedownturn we have seen both domesticwelded and seamless shipments take morethan their share of the hit. This month overallshipments bounce back just a little mainly onthe strength of scattered import shipmentgains. We believe this is the start of theseasonal activity blip that we hope turns intoa surge. We have twice since our last Reportheard comments suggesting better times forthis sector - like better shipment levels today,this month, etc.
