Results of the Administrative Review of Welded Carbon Steel Standard Pipe and Tubeproducts from Turkey were published on December 20, 2016. See the Trade Case Scoreboard fornew rates. In the Federal Register on December 16, 2016 it was reported that the International TradeCommission had made a final determination of injury in the Circular Welded Carbon Quality SteelPipe through 16” OD dumping cases against Pakistan, Oman, and UAE. No injury existed in theAD case against Vietnam and the subsidy case against Pakistan due to negligible volumes.
