On Monday, December 28, 2015 it was published in the Federal Register that theInternational Trade Administration had ruled affirmatively in the countervailing duty determinationon Heavy Walled Rectangular Welded Carbon Steel Pipes and Tubes from Turkey. It was alsonoted that that the final determination of countervailing duty determination would align with the finalantidumping duty determination. The preliminary countervailing duty rates are as follows: MMZOnur Boru Profil uretim San Ve Tic, A.S. – 7.69%, Ozdemir Boru Profil San ve Tic, Ltd Sti – 1.35%,All others – 4.39%.
