Ineos Still Determined to De-List EVC

Ineos says it is determined to become 100% owner of polyvinyl chloride producer EVC International even though Ineos's public offer to acquire all the EVC shares that Ineos does not own has not been accepted by all of EVC's other shareholders (CW,Oct.20,2004,p.5).Ineos plans to de-list EVC's shares,currently traded on the Euronext (Amsterdam) stock exchange,if it becomes sole owner.Hawkslease Finance Co.Ltd.
