Soda ash producers have succeeded in pushing through price increases totaling US22/ton for 2005 contracts,helped by tight supply,producers say.This raises soda ash contract prices to US96-US105/ton fob,sources say.Producers applied the increases as much as contract terms would allow,making it the "most successful initiative in eight to nine years," according to one.
