Conference showcasing latest research and technology in aviation and aeronautic welding comes to the birthplace of aviation

The American Welding Society has announced that the Welding in Aircraft and Aerospace Conference will be held September 19-20, 2006 in Dayton, OH at the Doubletree Hotel - Dayton Downtown. With emerging technologies revolutionizing welding for the aircraft and aerospace industry, it is increasingly important to stay on the cutting edge to remain competitive. This is why leading aircraft and aerospace experts, including airframe designers, suppliers, researchers, educators and administrators from academia and organizations around the world will gather in the birthplace of aviation to discuss the latest research, issues and practical applications that are reshaping welding in the aircraft and aerospace industry.
