Business Deal creates ￡150m transactional/marketing giant IOS buys Lateral Group from founders

IOS has acquired the entire share capital of Lateral Group, buying out co-founders Nick Dixon, Mike Hunter and Rick Taylor, who built the company into one of the UK's leading cross-media marketing communications services providers after buying Howitt out of administration in 2004.
