The turbine will mainly be used to offset against the existing electric usage and demand - reducing not only the electricity bill but also replacing 'dirty' electric with clean, green energy. The wind turbine was commissioned on the 23rd October at a ceremony attended by the Lord Provost of Aberdeen, Peter Stephen, and guests.
