BP says an explosion and fire at its Texas City,TX refinery has idled the plant's resid hydrotreating unit(RHU).BP says there were no injuries reported,and all personnel at the site have been accounted for.An explosion at the site in March killed 15,and injured more than 100(CW,March 30,p.9).
