摘要

It is well known already that folate receptor(FR) is over-expressed on various human cancers, including malignancies of ovary, uterus, mesothelium. The degree of folate receptor over-expression is further correlated with a higher histological grade and more advanced stage of the cancer'. Targeted drug delivery system via folate receptor will improve the selective cytotoxicity and reduce the dose of anticancer drag and the drug toxicily.
