摘要

Many properties of polymers are related to their molecular weight. In a polymerizing system, polymer molecules of varying lengths are formed. To describe the polymeric system, average molecular weights are used. We investigated M_V, the viscosity molecular weight. We are interested specifically in what effect our polymerizing solvent, ethyl acetate [EA], has on the molecular weight since polymers of DMAEMA are being considered as biomaterials in the field of dentistry.
