摘要

The design and synthesis of new NLO materials for optoactive device applications can be accomplished through a variety of schemes.1 The original strategy involved doping of glassy materials with NLO-phores and poling the dipoles at elevated temperatures by electric field poling.2 The most significant problem associated with these systems is the gradual relaxation of the aligned dipoles at ambient and elevated temperatures. However, the use of high Tt polymeric materials have thown that stable polar order can be attained in doped systems.3 Several research groups have also utilized poling and concurrent cross-linking to produce stable doped systems.4
