Few industry leaders are concerned that China's efforts to cool its overheating economy will lead to problems in the short term.Most executives attending CW's 10th annual China Chemical Industry Conference in Shanghai last week say they expect a soft landing for the Chinese economy,and none would admit to making any changes to their investment plans in the country,other than possibly revising startup dates to take account of a likely reduction in growth rates from current levels in excess of 9%/year.
