From Wood to 'High-Tech' Cellulosics:New Impetus for Cellulose Research in Austria

In the last 10 years,strong activities in cellulose research and development were supported world-wide by special research programs at universities,research institutes,and industries.A very important activity is the foundation of research laboratories at the interface of industry and university.It is a great pleasure for me that Professor Paul Kosma from the University of Natural Resources and Applied Life Sciences was kind enough to present a contribution on the Christian-Doppler-Laboratory of Pulp Reactivity at the Institute of Chemistry.
